Privacy for the Qursor extension.

Short Version

Qursor is a development tool. The extension reads the page you choose to inspect so it can identify elements, preview visual changes, and prepare a change summary for your coding agent. We do not sell browsing data, use it for ads, or track you across the web.

What the Extension Handles

When you activate Qursor on a page, it may read element selectors, text snippets, class names, computed styles, layout information, screenshots or visual bounds, comments you add, and the before/after values for your edits.

Qursor also uses browser storage to keep extension settings, temporary editing state, and account/session information needed to connect the site and extension.

How We Use It

We use this information to run the overlay, show live previews, create structured diffs, and send or copy those diffs to tools you choose. Page data is used only for product functionality.

Accounts

If you create an account, our authentication provider may process your email address, user ID, sign-in method, and session metadata so you can sign in and manage your account.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Qursor, when you ask Qursor to send context to another tool, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your Control

You can stop using the extension on any page, sign out, clear extension storage, remove site permissions in your browser, or uninstall the extension at any time.
