Quick fixes

  • Reload the webpage after installing or updating Qursor.
  • Confirm Qursor has permission to run on the current site.
  • Use Command+Shift+K on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+K on Windows to start inspecting.
  • Chrome system pages and the Chrome Web Store do not allow extension overlays.

Sign in on the account page to check your plan and access. For a billing problem, include the email address used for your Qursor account.
